As some famous guy once sang, we’re quickly approaching “the most wonderful time of the year”—which means there’ll be parties for hosting, marshmallows for toasting and carolling out in the snow. It also means that holiday markets will soon be popping up from coast to coast to help everyone get in the spirit of the season. Always full of local, unique gift ideas—not to mention delicious food and drink—Canada’s holiday markets offer something for everyone.

We rounded up some of the best markets in the country—so put on your toque and your hot-chocolate sipping mittens and be sure to venture out to the one nearest you!
