If you are looking for healthy food and a good cup of coffee look no further than the Wild Flour bakery and cafe. This place serves meat, but it also serves veggie and vegan salads and sandwiches for lunch along with gluten free bread.

Want fresh, tasty vegan and vegetarian food that is organic, local & made from scratch? Look no further than The Coup. This bright and inviting restaurant serves up dishes to satisfy everyone in your group. Bonus: In order to offset their waste, they plant 36 trees a month through Tree-Canada.
